Overview of Course

BCCA is three years – six semester pattern under graduate course is affiliated to RTM Nagpur University.

BCCA is one of the most popular bachelor degree program pursued by students after Class 12. The BCCA course is the platform to acquire job in IT sector as well as in finance, marketing and sales.

BCCA is a three-year (six semester) professional undergraduate course in Commerce and Computer Application. It is open to students from all the three streams: Science, Arts and Commerce. The BCCA course offers knowledge and training in Computer Science and Application domain and also in Commerce and leadership skills to prepare them for managerial roles and entrepreneurship. Students who aspire to be a techno-geek or to be commerce –management person can set upon BCCA course after completing Class 12. The course will help the students learn various aspects of business administration and management and Computer Application through classroom lectures and practical, live-projects like internships. The course will acquaint the students with various aspects of the business commerce and computer Application.

Eligibility

  • The candidates has to pass HSC with minimum 50%.

Guest Lectures

“Importance of Networking in the Corporate World

The Department of Commerce and Management organized Guest Lecture on Importance of Networking in the Corporate World for BBA/BCCA students. The seminar is delivered by Mr. Sharad D. Bhave.

The objective of the lecture was to help students understand the significance of networking in building professional relationships, career growth, and business success. Mr. Bhave emphasized the role of effective communication, strategic connections, and social capital in enhancing career opportunities.

The session was highly interactive, with students engaging in discussions and asking insightful questions. Mr. Bhave also shared real-world examples and practical tips on how to build and maintain a strong professional network.

The program was conducted under the expert guidance and leadership of Dr. Vivek Kapur, Hon’ble Director, who provided invaluable support and encouragement. Prof. Sudhir Juare, Dean of the Department, played a crucial role in ensuring the success of the event through his vision and efforts. The session was coordinated by Prof. Monali Dube, Program In-Charge, who efficiently managed the arrangements and execution of the event.
