General Submission Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit their manuscripts for the Conference. Below are the detailed guidelines for paper submission:

  • Paper Length: The manuscript should be between 6 to 8 pages in length, including references, figures, and tables.
  • Quality and Originality: Papers will be reviewed for quality and originality. Submissions must be free of plagiarism and should not exceed a similarity index of 15%.
  • Registration and Presentation:
    • At least one author of the accepted paper must register for the conference.
    • The registered author must present the paper at the conference for the paper to be included in the Scopus Indexed Journal or ICTACT Journals (UGC approved) journals.
  • Structure of Manuscript:
    • Title Page: Include the title of the paper, authors' names, affiliations, and email addresses.
    • Abstract: Provide an abstract of 150-250 words that briefly describes the scope, methodology, results, and conclusions of the work.
    • Keywords: Include 3-5 keywords relevant to the paper.
    • Introduction: Introduce the topic, highlight the novelty, and state the objectives of the work.
    • Main Body: Organize the main content into sections such as Methodology, Results, and Discussion. Ensure all figures and tables are appropriately cited.
    • Conclusion: Summarize the findings and their implications.
    • Acknowledgements (optional): Acknowledge any support or assistance received.
    • References: List references in Scopus Indexed Journal or ICTACT Journals (UGC approved) format.
  • Figures and Tables:
    • Include high-quality figures and tables.
    • Ensure each figure and table has a caption and is referred to in the text.
  • Submission Process:
    • Papers must be submitted through the conference submission portal.
    • The link to the submission portal is provided on the conference website.
  • Review Process:
    • All submitted papers will undergo a peer-review process.
    • Authors will receive feedback and may be required to make revisions before final acceptance.
