Dr. Priti Manish Bihade is a distinguished academician, researcher, administrator, and technology professional currently serving as a Professor and Head of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (Cyber Security) at G. H. Raisoni College of Engineering and Management, Nagpur. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Technology), Master of Engineering (Computer Science & Engineering), Master of Business Administration (Human Resource Management), and Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering, reflecting her strong academic and multidisciplinary expertise.

With over 19 years of experience in academia and industry, Dr. Priti Bihade has significantly contributed to teaching, research, academic administration, curriculum design, accreditation activities, and student mentoring. Prior to joining academia, she worked as a Software Developer at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Hyderabad, where she gained valuable industry experience in software development and project execution. Dr.Priti Bihade possesses industry-recognized certifications including Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) from EC-Council and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD-I), demonstrating her expertise in Cyber Security, Ethical Hacking, Cloud Technologies, and Enterprise Application Development. She is an active professional member of prestigious international organizations such as IEEE and ACM.

B.Tech Computer Science & Engineering (Cyber Security)

The B.Tech. programme at the Department of Computer Science & Engineering (Cyber Security), G H Raisoni College of Engineering and Management (GHRCEMN), Nagpur is a 4-year undergraduate B.Tech program that the students can pursue after the 10+2 exam. This program follows a flexible curriculum that covers the theoretical underpinnings of computer science as well as a range of essential topics in computer systems and cyber security.

The Department imparts state of the art undergraduate education and prepare its students for real world challenges. Our curriculum provides a strong foundation in all areas of cyber security and computer systems. It gives student a better understanding about the concepts in early stages. It also emphasizes the need for independent thinking and encourages students to get involved in interesting and novel projects.

Further, a significant increase in the open category credits enables students to have a broad base and pursue interests and develop expertise in areas like network security, information security, and application security. The department has state of the art facilities for carrying out projects in computer networks and computer security.

Students are encouraged to come up with ideas on their own and the department provides all the facilities required to materialize those ideas into actual projects. We motivate our students to publish regularly in reputed journals, conferences, design projects, pursue certifications of reputed portals, and apply formats and copyrights.

B.Tech CSE (Cyber Security) Eligibility Criteria

For admission in Computer Science & Engineering (Cyber Security), the candidate must have passed HSC (10+2) or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical Vocational subjects and obtained at least 50% marks for open category (at least 45% marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken together and the Candidate should have appeared in all the subjects in MHT-CET and should obtain non zero scores in MHT-CET.
